Returns & Exchanges
Each bag will be customised by hand, by me personally. I will do my absolute best to make sure each bag is up to quality standards. In saying that, If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, then please reach out within 30 days of placing your order, email [email protected] with your order number, details of the issue & photos. If it is found that your bag is faulty, you will be given the option of a refund or credit. Please note, that refunds/credits will not be issued due to change of mind, unfortunately, as items are personalised, we cannot offer this as an option.

Orders Processing
Please allow 1 – 3 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is packed and on its way.
IMPORTANT: It is the responsibility of the customer to all ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are correct as once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.
ORDERS
All orders placed are final and cannot be cancelled. However, we do understand that mistakes can be made. If your personalisation is incorrect, email [email protected] IMMEDIATELY and we will do our best to make any changes, provided that the order has not already been processed.
